About the Role

The Regional Sales Business Development Manager is a vital position within our organization, focused on driving sales and revenue growth in a specific geographic area. This role demands strategic planning, customer relationship management, and a keen focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development and Planning - Effectively promote and market our divisional products and services to achieve optimal results.
  • Create comprehensive sales plans and budgets, considering market trends and company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform decisions and adjust the sales plan as necessary.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the region.
  • Ensure achievement of Sales Targets inline with Budget requirements - To successfully meet monthly and annual targets by selling divisional products to customers and growing the market share continuously.
  • Efficient Administration - Maintain effective and efficient administrative systems for equipment sales.

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing or relevant field
  • 3-5 years Material Handling Experience

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience), based on industry standards and taking into account the demands of this role.
