Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at HR Supreme. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for securing sales within the fire detection and gas suppression systems industry.

Your main objective will be to implement sales initiatives, build networks and relationships, and provide professional, knowledgeable, and customer-centric service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell fire detection, gas suppression, and voice evacuation systems within the Western Cape region, focusing on an 70km radius from Cape Town CBD.
  • Sell servicing and maintenance of fire detection, gas suppression, and voice evacuation systems.
  • Utilize cold calling, personal visits, networking, and other sales strategies to develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  • Compile sales reports and track sales through the company's information system.
  • Achieve sales goals as established by the Sales HOD and GM.
Requirements:
  • Motivated and flexible individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Past experience in sales, preferably in the fire detection and gas suppression systems industry.
