You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to the Customer Service Team Leader when necessary.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, build rapport, and develop solutions that meet their needs. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will enable you to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts effectively.

With a focus on excellent customer service, you will work closely with the team to identify trends and patterns in customer feedback, using this insight to improve our services and enhance the overall customer experience.
