About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Advocate to join our Sales Enablement team at Nedbank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.

Job Summary

The Customer Success Advocate will be responsible for:

  • Driving data and service requirements and strategy for Nedgroup Investments Retail Sales;
  • Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g. staff surveys etc)
  • Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy (e.g. Green Strategy)
  • Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and adding value to Nedbank
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high standard of personal presentation;
  • Self-motivation and strong organisational skills with an ability to adapt and tackle a wide variety of challenges;
  • Ability to deal with people both within the organisation and external customers;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate;
  • 3-5 years in Asset management experience;
  • Relevant regulatory knowledge;
  • Relevant software and systems knowledge;
Salary

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of R400,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience.
