Customer Success Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Advocate to join our Sales Enablement team at Nedbank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
Job SummaryThe Customer Success Advocate will be responsible for:
- Driving data and service requirements and strategy for Nedgroup Investments Retail Sales;
- Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g. staff surveys etc)
- Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy (e.g. Green Strategy)
- Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and adding value to Nedbank
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high standard of personal presentation;
- Self-motivation and strong organisational skills with an ability to adapt and tackle a wide variety of challenges;
- Ability to deal with people both within the organisation and external customers;
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate;
- 3-5 years in Asset management experience;
- Relevant regulatory knowledge;
- Relevant software and systems knowledge;
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of R400,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience.
