Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Advocate to join our team at Boldr. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our clients receive timely and professional assistance.
As a Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding our clients' products and services. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs, providing excellent service in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism
- Track and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and prioritization
- Escalate issues promptly to meet internal and external expectations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes
- Deliver outstanding customer service, maximizing satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge through collaboration with our external team
Requirements
What We're Looking For:- 6-12 months of customer service experience (email, phone, or chat support)
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications
- Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills
- Able to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Quick learner with aptitude for new technology, systems, and applications
- Open-minded and able to accept feedback graciously
- Intermediate understanding of common Customer Experience best practices
- Customer-oriented with ability to adapt/respond to diverse personalities
