Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Experience Advocate to join our team in Western Cape, Cape Town.

Salary:

R175,000 - R250,000 per annum

Job Description

As a Global Customer Experience Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt and accurate communication. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct research to provide accurate answers to customer inquiries.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer-facing role is essential, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in computer applications and product knowledge are also required.
