About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to serve as the Junior Marketing Manager. This critical role will work closely with the Senior Marketing & Brand Manager to drive strategic, operational, and creative processes within the marketing and brand department. As a second-in-command, you will ensure smooth operations across the team, spearhead key projects, and enhance the department's performance and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Manage relationships to foster a high-performing marketing and creative team.
  • Oversee the implementation and evolution of team processes, structures, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with strategic objectives.
  • Regularly review and update operational documentation such as handover manuals, brand bibles, workflow management tools, and marketing planning resources.
  • Lead team reviews and feedback sessions, driving continuous improvement.
