  • Event Planning and Oversight:
    • Project manage the annual client event (called Insights), including communication with all stakeholders, managing website content, ensuring copy is produced and proofread, coordinating venue logistics, event layout, menu planning, and hotel arrangements for guests.
    • Plan and execute small individual client events in collaboration with the Head of Client Services, coordinating with asset managers for presentations to end clients.
  • Client Communication Schedule Management:
    • Webinar Management:
      • Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars from initial planning through post-event follow-up, managing invitations, registrations, and attendance tracking, and compiling presentation materials.
    • Online Communication:
      • Note: The management and oversight of all website content falls outside of this contractor's scope and is managed by the Operations Team.
  • Brand & Content Refresh:
    • Support the management team in implementing revised brand elements across various items of collateral, including the Client portal, and coordinating content updates to the public/client websites with the company's outsourced digital agency.
