We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Offernet LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a proven track record in managing and coordinating multiple campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Execution: Assist with the execution of multiple digital marketing campaigns for our products.
  2. Sales Analysis: Monitor sales on set targets across various sales channels and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Team Support: Complete briefs and follow up with teams as required to ensure effective campaign execution.
  5. Asset Management: Work with the traffic team to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns.
  6. Tracking and Reporting: Track all campaigns using business tools or individual trackers and report on performance and delivery of campaigns and client results.
  7. Communication Strategy: Assist with the communication of marketing material both internally and externally.
  8. Event Planning: Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
  9. Inventory Control: Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring they are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
  10. Market Intelligence: Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
  11. Product Compliance: Quality check and ensure that all product documents and information adhere to legislation.
  12. Presentation and Reporting: Compile presentations in Slides and reports in Sheets.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Business or marketing related qualification degree/diploma.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years digital marketing and digital campaigns management experience.
  • Coordinating Skills: 2 years' experience in a marketing administrative or coordinator role.
  • Campaign Management: Experience in managing and coordinating multiple campaigns.
  • Understanding of Social Media: Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies.
  • Marketing Coordination: Experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
  • Data Analysis: Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Analytics Software: Experience using data analytics software for research.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
