We are seeking an experienced Transformation Expert to join our team. As a Transformation Expert, you will play a key role in helping global organizations navigate complex IT and business transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational transformation
  • Develop and implement strategic and operational organization change management measures
  • Manage sub-projects within delivery projects, including bid-support and stakeholder management
  • Collaborate with training teams to develop adoption strategies and translate into operational initiatives
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring of less-experienced colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of services tools, templates, and methodologies for organization change management
  • Support the generation of sales for organization change management, including bid and proposal assistance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Extensive knowledge of organization change management principles and practices
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
