**About the Role**

As a Senior Sales Executive - Quota Carrier, you will be part of a team of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals. Your role will be to help medium
- and large-sized business owners grow their businesses. By providing industry-leading solutions, you will drive the advancement of fintech technology and transform the way the world pays, banks, and invests.

**About the Team**

You will join a team of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals who are dedicated to helping customers transform their businesses into next-generation Asset Management, Private Equity, or third-party administration platforms. We achieve this by successfully utilizing FIS solutions.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Soliciting and maintaining a network of prospects
- Initiating contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services
- Working as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts
- Demonstrating product knowledge, including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence
- Preparing and presenting proposals to clients, utilizing FIS resources and tools
- Negotiating, structuring, and closing deals that meet customer expectations and FIS's ability to deliver
- Assisting in the development of sales plans and strategies
- Maintaining a balance between hunting for new business and nurturing existing relationships
- Achieving sales goals and objectives
- Performing other related duties as assigned

**What You Bring**
- A good understanding of FIS products and services
- Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements
- An ability to remain calm under pressure
- An established track record of involvement in industry trade groups is preferred
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, employees, clients, and the public
- Willingness to travel
