**Requirements**:
Manager Responsibilities in Our Clients Technology Consulting Practice

Our clients Technology Consulting practice serves a diverse and expansive client base across various geographies and industries. In this role, youll have the opportunity to enhance and refine clients businesses with cutting-edge technology. But to make that happen, we need the right people with the right skills to push the boundaries of how new technologies can support future business models.

As a manager, youll use your finance and technology expertise to develop creative ideas into solutions for our clients. Youll focus on planning and budgeting technology, so a solid understanding of the FP&A process is necessary. Youll work alongside other experts in emerging technologies, such as Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, and ChatBots, to deliver innovative solutions that solve critical business problems for our clients.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
**Delivery**:
Delivering the Integrated Business Planning aspects of a Finance Transformation project/programme as a key member of mixed Our client/client teams, including the delivery of the latest FP&A Technology solutions like Oracle PBCS/EPBCS, OneStream, Anaplan, or Tagetik.

Leading the delivery of projects or workstreams within larger programmes.

Embedding sustainable change across all levels of the finance function.

Ensuring the sustainability of project benefits.

Identifying further service opportunities while client-side.

**Business Development**:
Contributing to our continued Finance Transformation thought leadership, working closely with colleagues in Strategy, Finance, and Technology Consulting.

Mentoring and coaching team members.

Developing new ideas and ways of working with an unlimited creativity license.

Building and maintaining deep and long-lasting relationships with all levels of stakeholders.

**Desirable skill sets include**:
Experience working with EPM Cloud products like EPBCS, PBCS, OneStream, Anaplan, or Tagetik.

Experience working with other emerging technologies like Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, Blockchain, or AI.

Qualifications/Certifications Needed for the Role

Minimum of a degree-level education

Preferably, a thorough understanding of accounting and finance, with a Professional Accounting designation (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) being an added advantage.

**Experience Required**:
A proven and demonstrable track record in implementing planning and budgeting systems, preferably in a large, complex multinational organization. You must be an expert and leader in your field.

A history of implementing finance process change enabled by technology, either as a consultant or within a finance function.

**Other Qualifications**:
In addition to the above qualifications, you must possess the following:
A good knowledge of how digital technology is changing finance in the short, medium and long term
