Spearhead strategic planning and execution of call centre operations

Cultivate a high-performing team focused on delivering luxury experiences

Manage multiple KPIs to enhance customer, guest, and employee engagement

Become the go-to expert for our brand, ships, journeys, and ancillary services

The ideal leader will have:

Minimum 5 years of proven Contact Centre Operations experience at management level

Candidates must have international experience to be considered

Expertise in reservations systems, CRM tools, and advanced phone technology

Adaptability and hands-on approach in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Outstanding communication skills and ability to mentor diverse teams

Passion for travel with a solid understanding of the luxury cruise industry
