Job Summary

Mukuru is a leading company in the industry, seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Supervisor. This exciting opportunity will involve overseeing retail sales and driving sales growth across all China sending countries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and advice to agents on sales strategies and techniques.
  • Analyse and monitor transaction statistics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to motivate and incentivise the agent army.
  • Activate agents for new corridors and ensure sufficient stock of marketing collateral is available.
  • Engage with potential customers and market enterprise products effectively.
  • Custodianship of the Mukuru brand and maintenance of that standard.

Requirements

  • Sales and Marketing qualification (Essential).
  • High School/Matric certificate.
  • At least 5 years sales experience, with 2 years at managerial level (Essential).
  • English & Chinese language skills (Essential - fluency in speaking and reading).
  • Experience in managing a Salesforce and domestic/international travels.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including generating marketing collateral.
