Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Support Administrator Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in the processing of customer orders, ensuring timely delivery of vehicles, and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and order status
- Support with auditing of deal files to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
