We are seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to provide administrative support to our organization. At Autorecruit, we value exceptional service and a smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the organization, including answering inquiries and handling general matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including employee information and project details.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings and appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, including data entry and expense tracking.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
