Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Smith Garb & Associates. This role will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:- Typing and document management: The successful candidate will be responsible for typing various documents, including reports, emails, and other correspondence.
- Answering calls and taking messages: Our ideal candidate will be responsive to incoming calls, take messages, and ensure timely follow-up with relevant parties.
- Loading CVs onto CRM system: The selected individual will be responsible for loading candidate profiles onto our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Scanning and loading documents onto the system: Our team requires someone who can efficiently scan and upload documents, maintaining accurate records.
- Training and assisting with invoicing: As part of this role, the successful candidate will receive training on invoicing procedures and assist with tasks as required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for this position.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational skills: Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail is vital for maintaining accuracy in document management and data entry.
- Fluency in English: We require an individual with strong English language skills, enabling them to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
