**Job Opportunity: Corporate Assistant in the Baking Equipment Sector**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our Marketing Manager, CEO, and Financial Manager in a dynamic corporate environment.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles and possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing corporate travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and visas.
- Assisting in marketing activities such as event coordination, inventory management, and material distribution.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Liaising with clients and managing executive communications.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000-$60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
