Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Brand Executive to join our team at Sharon Nurock Recruitment c.c. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, sales, and profit objectives. This will involve developing and implementing plans to enhance the brand, customer experience, product offering, and brand loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, with a minimum of 6 years' experience in sales and marketing. Furniture manufacturing/FMCG experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a brand strategy to roll out to customers.
- Grow current customer sales targets and increase customer acquisition.
- Predict emerging market needs and conduct opposition activity surveillance.
- Manage the effectiveness of branding and customer loyalty programmes, product quality, design, and brand alignment.
Performance Indicators
- Measure and achieve brand objectives.
- Grow brand awareness within the industry.
- Maintain customer retention programmes.
