Job Overview

As a key member of the Human Capital Team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the bank's operational efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organisational development and change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies to support business transformation initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, restructuring, and cultural change initiatives.
  • Analyse business trends, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans to drive organisational growth and development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement training programs, communication plans, and change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and metrics to measure the effectiveness of business transformation initiatives and provide insights for future improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business transformation, organisational development, or change management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful business transformation projects, including process improvements, restructuring, and cultural change initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
