Flink Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, with at least 10 years of experience in the IT sector.

With a proven track record of scaling businesses, driving profitability, and leading digital transformation initiatives, this role requires someone who can effectively lead and manage teams, develop strategies, and drive growth.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, and a Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in IT Management) is highly desirable.

Apart from academic qualifications, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a senior executive role (Managing Director, CEO, COO or equivalent), and be able to demonstrate strong financial and operational management skills.

As a Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, identifying new opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

You will also be expected to work effectively in a hybrid environment (50% remote, 50% on-site), and have high computer literacy. A valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle are also required.
