We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Executive to join our team at Hedz Recruitment Solutions. As a National Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing a strong presence in the South African market for our client, a leading specialty tire producer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth and establish a strong presence in the South African market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and OEM companies.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop effective Go-To-Market strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments to achieve strategic goals, including Marketing, Finance, and HR.
- Manage sales information and prepare comprehensive reports for the Senior Team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the specialty tire service industry (B to B) and agriculture.
- Management of a dealer network in a specific region within this business sector.
- Proven success in building sales with a new brand, including recruiting national accounts.
- Proficiency in technology-based platforms such as CRM and ERP.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of R80 000 - R100 000 CTC per month, including a vehicle allowance and home office allowance.
