About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the installation process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in compiling quotes for installations, including tenders, projects, and system modifications.
  • Email quotes to clients and submit tender documentation.
  • Follow up on quote approvals and obtain quotes from suppliers.
  • Load leads and new projects onto the eWorks system.
  • Schedule installations efficiently and effectively.
  • Inform clients of work to be done, delays, or issues on site.
  • Arrange for equipment collection and delivery.
  • Get feedback from installers daily and amend the installation schedule accordingly.
  • Keep installations within quoted budget and timeline.
  • Arrange for commissioning of systems upon completion.

What You Need:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
