Project Administrator for Sales and Project Management

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment in Cape Town. As a key member of the sales and project management teams, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating communication, and ensuring timely project execution.
This is a full-time role that requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. You will assist with managing company profiles, handling travel arrangements, performing basic accounting tasks, and maintaining accurate project-related documentation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project administration or project management support, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with basic accounting practices. Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is advantageous, as is previous experience handling travel logistics and coordinating with external parties.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the sales and project management teams, track project timelines, manage communication between clients and internal teams, and monitor order fulfillment with suppliers and logistics teams. You will also arrange travel for the sales and technical teams, perform basic accounting tasks, and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
