About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Milkor Integrated Systems.

As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking project activities, ensuring timely completion, and facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Coordinate project activities and track progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Handle purchasing and procurement related to project needs, including follow-ups and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
  • Manage the scrum process and ensure that tasks are updated and tracked accurately.
  • Manage and organize the project backlog.
  • Keep track and maintain logs of software related items, such as books, hardware, software.
  • Formulate release notes for weekly software releases.
  • Maintain & update Confluence Software release page.
  • Produce and distribute minutes from meetings.
Requirements
  • Type of qualification: Administration or project-related experience
  • Years of experience required: Minimum 3 years
  • Proficiency in certain applications/computer programmes: MS Office Suite, Project Management software i.e. Sciforma, YouTrack, WBS would be advantageous
  • Sound knowledge of: Administrative processes. Project tracking and reporting. Procurement and purchasing. Documentation and reporting. Able to use project management tools.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is R750,000 - R900,000 per annum, depending on experience.
