Role Summary

The Guest Experience Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay. This individual is responsible for leading the front desk team, managing daily operations, and providing outstanding customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Front Desk Operations: Supervise staff, oversee check-in/check-out processes, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  2. Train and Develop Staff: Provide training, coaching, and feedback to new staff members, promoting their growth and development within the team.
  3. Process Payments and Maintain Records: Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and ensure accurate accounting practices.
  4. Liaise with Other Departments: Communicate effectively with other departments, supporting a collaborative and efficient working environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Higher education diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
