We are Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, a world-class destination offering an unparalleled dining experience. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide attentive and personalized service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Service Delivery
    1. Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    2. Take orders accurately and promptly, using your knowledge of our menu to make informed suggestions.
    3. Serve food and beverages with precision and care, paying attention to detail and presentation.
  2. Menu Knowledge
    1. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
    2. Stay up-to-date on menu changes and additions, communicating this information to guests when necessary.
    3. Make informed suggestions based on guest preferences and dietary requirements.
  3. Table Management
    1. Ensure the cleanliness and proper setup of tables before, during, and after service.
    2. Monitor and anticipate guest needs, replenishing beverages and clearing dishes promptly.
    3. Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination of service.
  4. Revenue Generation
    1. Promote special offers and promotions to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue goals.
    2. Provide information on our loyalty program and encourage guest participation.
  5. Teamwork
    1. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
    2. Communicate effectively with colleagues to relay guest preferences or special requests.
    3. Work as a cohesive team to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
  6. Compliance and Safety
    1. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including food safety and hygiene standards.
    2. Ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures related to service and guest interactions.
