Job Title: Training Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and energetic individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all administration is up to date to ensure compliance and a clean audit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all administration for each training session is saved and filed.
  • Ensure that all training records are captured and updated on the system.
  • Ensure that all registers are emailed to line managers - daily.
  • Adhere to all administrative deadlines.
  • Effective time management to complete all tasks allocated.
  • Ensure that internal and external customers are satisfied with the Training Department Service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Matric, relevant qualification advantageous.
  • 3-5 years experience in similar role.
  • Knowledge of training and development administration and co-ordination in a complex, fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Intermediate Excel VLOOKUp and ability to extract CSM and XL files from SAP).

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience.
