Job Overview
Cultivate your skills as a Learning and Development Administrator with Sydsen Group (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town. This 12-month workplace experience offers valuable exposure to the field, supporting our L&D Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of trainee information, schedules, and attendance.
  • Coordinate classroom bookings and ensure setup.
  • Prepare and distribute materials, including instructional notes and feedback forms.
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants.
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely invoice payments.
  • Resolve issues promptly onsite.
  • Submit reports on training activities and outcomes.
  • Promote improvements or new program ideas.
  • E nsure adherence to established policies among employees and vendors.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Training Administrator or similar role is advantageous.
  • Project management expertise would be beneficial.
  • A driver's license would be an asset.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and billing processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Salary Information:
R5500 per month
