Training Experience Coordinator

Cultivate your skills as a Learning and Development Administrator with Sydsen Group (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town. This 12-month workplace experience offers valuable exposure to the field, supporting our L&D Team.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee information, schedules, and attendance.
- Coordinate classroom bookings and ensure setup.
- Prepare and distribute materials, including instructional notes and feedback forms.
- Serve as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely invoice payments.
- Resolve issues promptly onsite.
- Submit reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Promote improvements or new program ideas.
- E nsure adherence to established policies among employees and vendors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Training Administrator or similar role is advantageous.
- Project management expertise would be beneficial.
- A driver's license would be an asset.
- Familiarity with office procedures and billing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Salary Information:
R5500 per month
