We are seeking an organized and reliable Administrative Coordinator to manage our mailroom and filing services.

About the Role

This is a critical support role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting and distributing incoming mail, retrieving claim files, checking data on our mainframe system, and filing claims.

They will also be responsible for maintaining filing cabinets, determining action to be taken with all correspondence, and submitting necessary statistics.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1-year experience in a filing environment, who is proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word) and has basic knowledge of Natural and Alex Systems.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
