Administrative Liaison and Governance Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Liaison and Governance Coordinator to join our team at Babantle Experts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Secretariat Support: Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, including managing the secretariat diary, coordinating meetings, and ensuring all relevant information is accessible to Board members.
- Global Partnerships: Facilitate onboarding and manage migration for Board and committee members in collaboration with Global Partners.
- Declaration of Interests: Maintain and update Declaration of Interests documents for Board Members, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Personal Information Management: Ensure that all Board member personal information is up-to-date on company systems, and notify regulators of changes as necessary.
- Statutory Records: Maintain accurate statutory records and circulate round robin resolutions and documents to directors for signature.
- Service Provider Management: Collect required information to update, prepare, and process submissions directly on the CIPC e-service portal for Service Providers.
- Contract Review: Assist with reviewing contracts where necessary.
- Trust and Company Information: Update trust and company information electronically and ensure hard copies are available for submission.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange local and international travel logistics for Board members and department staff.
- Communication: Ensure timely and accurate communication of travel information to external and internal stakeholders via email, Aide Memoire, and telephone calls.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Legal qualification and secretariat qualification
- Experience: 2 years of experience in secretariat or legal administration
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and discretion in their interactions with Trustees, Service Providers, and Staff members.
Salary: R300,000 - R350,000 per annum
