Courier Delivery Specialist

Job Overview:The Office Courier Agent will be responsible for the timely pickup and delivery of documents, packages, and other materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Pickup and Delivery: Safely and efficiently collect and deliver documents and packages to various departments and external clients.
- Route Planning: Track and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and logs of items transported.
- Communication: Liaise with various departments to ensure the timely delivery of critical documents and supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to colleagues and clients during pickups and deliveries.
- Inventory Management: Assist with monitoring and managing office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety and company protocols while handling and transporting items.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a courier, administrative, or related role is preferred but not required.
