In Office Courier Agent

Job Summary:
The Office Courier Agent will be responsible for the timely pickup and delivery of documents, packages, and other materials. This role is essential for maintaining smooth communication and operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pickup and Delivery: Safely and efficiently collect and deliver documents and packages to various departments and external clients.
- Route Planning: Track and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and logs of items transported.
- Communication: Liaise with various departments to ensure the timely delivery of critical documents and supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to colleagues and clients during pickups and deliveries.
- Inventory Management: Assist with monitoring and managing office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety and company protocols while handling and transporting items.
Skills and Desire:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a courier, administrative, or related role is preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and tracking.
