Office Manager General Assistant

Maintain accurate and up to date administrative records at all times
Communicate with the head office regarding payments and maintain all financial records
Processing and dispatching of orders daily
Liaising with courier companies for collections and deliveries
Stock control and warehouse management
Processing credits and following up on POD’s
Requesting quotes where needed
Ordering stationary, groceries, and other items as required for the office
Communicating with clients when required
**Qualifications and Experience**:
Ability to work independently and be able to work as part of a team
Sales, customer service and administration experience is essential
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Motivated to grow with the business
Must be able to work under pressure
Computer literate
Experience on Xero
