**Job Title:** Strategic Account Manager - Revenue Growth Specialist
**About the Role:
Tower Group is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing revenue and driving business growth in existing customer accounts.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Meet and exceed performance targets by delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth in assigned strategic accounts.
- Analyze customer needs and develop tailored account plans to meet their business objectives.
- Negotiate and manage customer pricing to achieve maximum profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing value-added services and solutions that meet their evolving needs.
- Ensure contracted service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
- Generate weekly feedback reports on new business opportunities, risk exposure, and growth potential within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to management.
**Requirements:*
- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in an account management role.
- Higher Certificate or similar tertiary qualification (NQF5).
- Diploma or similar relevant qualification (NQF6) is preferred.
- Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver's license.
- Strong understanding of client and market dynamics.
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles and processes.
- Proficient at Intermediate level in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
**What We Offer:*
