**Job Title:** Strategic Account Manager - Revenue Growth Specialist

**About the Role:

Tower Group is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing revenue and driving business growth in existing customer accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Meet and exceed performance targets by delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth in assigned strategic accounts.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored account plans to meet their business objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage customer pricing to achieve maximum profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing value-added services and solutions that meet their evolving needs.
  • Ensure contracted service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
  • Generate weekly feedback reports on new business opportunities, risk exposure, and growth potential within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to management.

**Requirements:*

  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in an account management role.
  • Higher Certificate or similar tertiary qualification (NQF5).
  • Diploma or similar relevant qualification (NQF6) is preferred.
  • Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver's license.
  • Strong understanding of client and market dynamics.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales principles and processes.
  • Proficient at Intermediate level in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

**What We Offer:*

  • A competitive salary range of **R550,000 - R700,000 per annum**, depending on experience.
