Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Executives, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Prepare and finalize sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate vehicle preparations, quote requests, and purchase orders for services and fitments.
  • Collaborate with logistics team and suppliers to ensure timely vehicle deliveries and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate or higher.
  • Diploma in Office Administration.
  • At least 2 years administrative experience in Automotive Industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
