About the Role

This Practice Coordinator - Executive Assistant role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our organization. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our team, focusing on efficiency and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main aspects of this job include reviewing claimant folders and adding documents to reports and addendum reports;
  • Processing reports and summarizing documents to ensure accuracy;
  • Securing collateral information and requesting proof of earnings from claimants;
  • Maintaining updated records in Airtable;
  • Working closely with claimants to ensure all requirements are met;
  • Organizing appointment schedules and communicating effectively with clients;
  • Managing the Dropbox folder and maintaining accurate documentation;
  • Coordinating with other parties for joint minutes;
  • Handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth team performance.
