- An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Officer I to oversee all office duties, overseeing nightshift transport duties. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties and responsibilities below for further information. The position is purely nightshift.
Minimum Requirements
- Tele Grade 12
- 3 years Administration experience in a transport disctribution environment
- Must have experience with Data Tim and Mix-Telematics
- Computer literate - MS office with good excel skills Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills Reliable and dependent
- Must be willing to learn, be proactive and innovative
- Able to work under pressure Attention to detail
Duties & Responsibilities
- Data Tim and Microsoft excel capturing.
- Communicating with transporters and drivers.
- Completing vehicle checklists.
- Completing transport schedules
- Compiling month end reports.
- Liaising with the warehouse team on loading schedules.
- Booking in of drivers for loading. Updating of load plans.
