We are seeking a highly skilled Resourcer/Talent Acquisition Expert to join our dynamic team at The Legends Agency. As a key member of our recruitment operations, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for various roles.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively. They will also have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other innovative methods.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS and CRM systems.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.
  • Use data insights to refine sourcing strategies and address challenges.

The salary for this position is approximately R250,000 per month (basic) for the first three months, plus a connectivity allowance of R1,000 pm. In addition, the company offers a commission structure that includes 2.5% on international permanent placements, 2.5% on local permanent placements, and 2.5% of contract value for local contractors. For 40 placements or more, the commission rate increases to 5%.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) for this role include delivering a shortlist of candidates within 48 hours of job specification receipt, actively managing 10+ roles per week, submitting 30 qualified candidates weekly, facilitating 20 interviews per week, achieving 5 placements per month, and maintaining high-quality rankings from Business Development managers.

This role requires a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in ATS and CRM systems, MS Office Suite, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
