Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in talent acquisition, management, and development. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Managing end-to-end hiring processes, from conceptualization to completion
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations and goals are met
  • Overseeing the creation and implementation of job descriptions, interview questions, and requisitions
  • Implementing recruitment best practices to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Conducting needs analysis to identify scarce skills and creating training programs to address them
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
  • Proven expertise in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
