This role involves owning the Finance portfolio, attracting and hiring top talent to meet business needs. As a member of our team, you will be part of a group of experts who share your passion for finance and commitment to excellence.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a comprehensive recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and placement of candidates.
  • Proactively identifying potential candidates through talent mapping and research.
  • Creatively leveraging alternative sourcing channels to find the best fit for our company.
  • Ensuring a superior candidate experience, aligned with our brand values.
  • Negotiating offers and ensuring timely completion of relevant documentation.
  • Supporting acquisition initiatives and projects.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND BENCHMARKING OPPORTUNITIES.
  • Maintaining relationships with hiring managers to stay informed about current and future hiring needs.
  • Developing a high-caliber talent pool.
  • Conducting industry market research.
  • Utilizing tools and technology to provide an efficient service to internal and external stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A related tertiary education.
  • At least 5 years of experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, search strings, and knowledge of emerging sourcing tools.
  • Experience working in Finance positions, including Accountant, Accounts Payable Accountant, Treasury Accountant, Retail Accounting Manager, Stock Accountant, etc.
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to positively impact delivery.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • High-level influence and credibility.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Dedicated to customer service and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in CBR interviewing techniques.
