New Business Development Executive

About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Development Executive to join our team at RecruiTech. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the corporate space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and secure new clients within the corporate sector
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the courier industry with a focus on domestic courier transportation and e-commerce
  • Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
