We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at Isilumko Staffing.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer care, and administration, with a strong background in the Scaffolding / Construction / Structural Formwork, Plant Rental / Hire industry.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with clients.

You will also be responsible for providing excellent client support and training, as well as implementing effective stock management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing key accounts to ensure maximum growth and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional client support and training to meet their needs
  • Implement and manage effective stock management systems to optimize sales performance
Requirements
  • Proven sales, customer care, and administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Scaffolding / Construction / Structural Formwork, Plant Rental / Hire industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
