Isilumko Staffing (JHB) seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Generate revenue growth through strategic account management and business development initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cold calling and outreach efforts to secure new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification or equivalent.
  • Sales, customer care, and administration experience.
  • Exposure within the Scaffolding / Construction / Structural Formwork, Plant Rental / Hire industry would be an advantage.
  • Stock Management system sales would be beneficial.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Independent and sales-driven individual.
  • Owning transport and having a valid driver's license is required.
