About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team in the Process Automation business area. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and improving market penetration in the Sub-Saharan region.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a sales strategy, establishing sales targets, identifying opportunities with existing and potential new customers, coordinating sales activities, and supporting the development of strong relationships with key customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of management experience, preferably in the power, water, and oil and gas industries. A degree in Electrical or other related engineering tertiary qualification is required, and a Master's in engineering or MBA will be advantageous.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a sales strategy to drive business growth and improve market penetration.
  2. Establish sales targets and ensure sales achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement plans as needed.
  3. Identify opportunities at existing and potential new customers within the Sub-Saharan region.
  4. Coordinate the flow of information for sales activities, including leads, orders, contracts, etc., and evaluate data to ensure achievement of goals.
