Employee Benefits Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to join our Esteem Recruitment team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and employee benefits, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage notifications to insurers related to disabilities and loss of license claims
- Obtain and submit documentation to insurers
- Follow up on claims and liaise with consultants, members, insurers, and employers as required
Requirements:
- Matric core maths
- MS Office skills
Medical Underwriting:
Proposals: Draft new business proposals and set up workflow
Installations: Draft internal installation documents and liaise with new clients on external documents
Section 14 Documentation: Draft Section 14 documents and liaise with transferor or transferee fund on regulatory requirements
