We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team at Esteem Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administration and support with employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Notification to insurers regarding disabilities, loss of license claims
  • Obtaining documentation, submission to insurers, follow-ups, and liaison with the consultant, member, insurer, and employer as required
  • Managing review requirements and instructions to admin to change benefit categories
  • Assisting employers/members with queries

Medical Underwriting Requirements:

  • Proposals: Draft new business proposals and set up the workflow
  • Installations: Draft internal installation documents and liaise with new clients on external installation documents; set up the workflow
  • Section 14 Documentation: Draft Section 14 documents and liaise with transferor or transferee fund on regulatory requirements; track payment
