**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Sales and Business Development:**
    • Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • **Client Management:**
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services.
  • **Administration:**
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and marketing efforts.
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
  • **Compliance and Support:**
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
    • Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns to promote our products and services.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education:**
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • **Experience:**
    • At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • **Skills:**
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong CRM proficiency and ability to learn new software systems.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
