Sales Operations Coordinator

At Boardroom Appointments, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing sales fulfillment for all inbound and partnership channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Management: Ensure all incoming leads are optimally managed, loaded into the CRM system if not automated, and duplicates are managed as required.
  • Capacity Management: Allocate leads to sales executives and manage capacity to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Progress Tracking: Track progress on leads loaded and escalate leads neglected to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Partnership Management: Bring in Partnership Managers into deals that will benefit from support and manage channel performance.
  • Collateral and Campaigns: Ensure collateral and campaigns are delivered as briefed in by Head Sales Fulfillment and Outbound.
  • Old Applications: Identify old applications that were previously unsuccessful, investigate, and allocate to the respective salesperson, if feasible.
  • Referral Program: Manage referral programs and track SE lead provider activity.
  • Event Coordination: Support the coordination of events and walk-in activities.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts for unique solutions, send offers, generate contracts, sign contracts, and approve disbursements.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, escalate, and manage resolution on sales operational issues.

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Degree or related in Business Management, Commerce, or similar
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Sales Operations role
  • 2-5 years of administrative experience
  • Sales experience
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience
