We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders and manage customer inquiries with precision and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations that highlight key performance metrics, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients by providing them with necessary information and support, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and issue resolution, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure data integrity and accuracy, providing a solid foundation for informed decision-making.
  • Help organize sales events and team meetings, bringing a fun and inclusive atmosphere to the mix.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better support the sales team, driving business growth and success.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in sales administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building rapport and fostering strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software, enabling efficient data management and analysis.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding service, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
